AICTE Grievance Cell

The AICTE Grievance Cell at RAO'S School of Business & Technology (RSBT) provides students with a formal mechanism to submit complaints and seek redressal in a fair, transparent, and time-bound manner, in accordance with AICTE guidelines. The objective of the cell is to address student concerns and ensure compliance with regulatory norms.

Students may submit their grievance in writing to the designated Grievance Cell or through the prescribed online mechanism, providing relevant details and supporting documents. The complaint will be reviewed, and necessary inquiry will be conducted to examine the matter. Based on the findings, appropriate action will be taken as per institutional rules and AICTE regulations. The decision will be communicated to the student. If required, the student may approach higher authorities as per the applicable grievance redressal procedure.
