Grievance

If a student has any problem or complaint while studying at RAOS School of Business & Technology (RSBT), the grievance redressal mechanism is available to address such concerns. Students may first approach the concerned faculty member, mentor, or any staff member for clarification and support. If the issue is not resolved, a formal grievance may be submitted in writing through the prescribed grievance form available at the college office or through the official communication channel. The grievance will be reviewed by the concerned committee, and necessary inquiry will be conducted as per institutional norms. Based on the findings, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with the rules and regulations of the institution. The student will be informed about the outcome of the grievance. The institution is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent process for addressing student concerns.
